BUTRICH PRODUCTS SHIP FROM PERU, AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICK-UP. THEY ARE FINAL SALES (NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED). SHIPPING TIME FROM 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS. THEY DON'T SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A. 

Priority shipping in the Continental US via USPS takes from 4 to 10 business days.
Flat rate of $7.75.

Shipping to Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Panama takes 10 to 15 business days (May take less time) 
Flat rate of $45.

Shipping to Mexico takes 15 to 22 business days.
Flat rate of $45.

Shipping to Spain takes 10 to 20 business days.
Flat rate of $65.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shopping with Claudia ships internationally via USPS, UPS, DHL or Zoom (shipping time varies between countries, *we are not responsible for the time in customs – shipping could take from 8 to 30 days*). 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL SALES - We will not be able to exchange or refund them. 

PICK-UP in store: Only available for pick-ups in Miami, FL. Subject to stores’ office hours (we do not maintain usual store hours, and are usually closed by 4pm - Pick-up not available on weekends), contact customer service at info@anzata.com to arrange pick-up.
