BUTRICH PRODUCTS SHIP FROM PERU, AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICK-UP. THEY ARE FINAL SALES (NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED). SHIPPING TIME FROM 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS. THEY DON'T SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Orders delivered outside the U.S. are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our mouse pads, coffee mugs, pillows, agendas, crossbody, and travel tote, and personalized denim jackets, are made-to-order, making them FINAL SALE, and not eligible for returns.

Please let us remind you that our Italian bags (crossbody and travel tote) are hand-made artisanal, the finishing and cuts made differ from bag to bag.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase inside the package along with the order number.
Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error won't qualify for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
